Both several of the emails I received stated that my appointment was at 1pm. The link on on of them to add to my calendar show an appointment time of 1pm. Imagine my frustration when I arrived at 12:45 (I like to arrive early to appointments rather than late) when the hours posted on the locked door indicated office hours started at 1:30pm. 😠😠😠

My dentist referred me to Dr. Irving. I had a tooth which needed to be extracted. In addition, then was a post which needed to be placed. Unfortunately, installing the post was tricky, since the gap was larger than usual. The extraction was no problem. Today the post was set, exactly where it needed to be placed. Several hours after the installation of the post, I am in no pain. I am highly confident the outcome will be exactly what was needed. Dr. Irving and his partners have assembled a friendly and competent staff. Every thing has gone smoothly. Finally, I have never had a doctor or dentist who makes follow up calls to make everything is going well. Bravo! And thank you.
